Our preferred Brokers whom our Clients use to trade are authorized, licensed and regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa. The company adheres to the data protection provisions as mentioned in International Law. In order to consider the conditions and threats posed by the changing operations, technologies, practices and legislations, we will review this policy and update it with required information with/out notification.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?
When you register, we require certain information in order to process your requests. In such a situation will the company withdraw your information from the data pool and consequently withdraw related services.

Updating information: If there is a change in your personal details you may email the updated information to enrol@smartradecollege.co.za. As per your instructions will the company update your personal details. However, please note that that the action we take will also need to be consistent with the regulations that govern our data collection and protection practices. Due to our connection with the Global Board of Trade (GBOT) our policies are always in sync with their terms and conditions.
Use of Cookies: When you register an account or opt in on any form and or via telephone and access it through your browser, will a cookie be registered. Card Processing: Credit- & debit cards and some alternative payment methods are processed online by PayFast and can they be contacted on +27 21 300 4455 or www.payfast.co.za. No card and or banking information is held by the company.
